installing waste handling and dust collecting systems for industry.
Typical customers include commercial printers, binderies, corrugators,
box shops, converters, plastic blow molders, and commercial

compact, under roof trim and dust installations to maximize value to
our customers. These systems allow the entire system to be placed
inside the building, eliminating outside dust emissions and
minimizing nuisance outdoor noise. In addition, conditioned air is
returned to the building, saving energy costs.

Cyclone Separators
Cyclone Separators are the "time tested" method for separating wood,
dust, paper, plastic, grains, and many other products from the
conveying air stream in a pneumatic system. Although conceptually
simple, the proper design and specification of the cyclone for your
product is critical to the final performance. Advanced Metal and
Welding will custom design a cyclone separator for your product that
will maximize system efficiency.

Advanced Metal and Welding uses 3-d CAD to insure that your system
will meet all physical and dimensional requirements. A
3-dimensional, fully rotatable view is typically forwarded to the
customer for review before work begins - we've found that this greatly
helps the process from start to finish.

Dust Collection Systems
Advanced Metal and Welding can specify and install complete dust
collection system for your process. In many cases, these dust
collectors are installed as after-filters on one of the separator systems
mentioned above. In addition to meeting any particulate emission
regulations in your area, these filters have the additional advantage of
returning conditioned air to your facility - the system will pay for itself
over time! We have a great OEM relationship with many of the major
collector manufacturers, plus we fabricate all fittings required to
complete the installation.
